Entry level IT Job for freshers
Information Technology [I.T] is one of the sector with tremendous opportunity to develop your tech skills and earn a decent income and enjoy career with satisfactions.
Recently, I had a chat with some of college students who’s studying under graduate in IT and obviously they want to join in IT sector after graduate and he asked me, I want to be a programmer and had no clue where to start.
Most of the students especially in developing countries like Africa and Asia, we are producing I.T Graduate Degree not I.T Graduate our education system lack of facility and we don’t afford to pay high ranks institutions to join and grow our knowledge.
“I strongly believe in Education, but not in
All you need do to develop your first skill, HOW TO GOOGLE ?
Getting a job in I.T sector is not so hard, It’s pretty easier than you think, why I am saying like this here some of the key points
1. You must know all programming languages like C,C++,JAVA,Phyton and Japanese, Spanish and etc.. etc..
No, It’s not true, You don’t need to know complete a hundred person of programming, my suggestion to know 50-60% of any programming domain knowledge. It is better to start learning on these three languages PHP, JAVA and .NET along with database like MySQL and Ms SQL. Also one TIP ” Research near you metro cities about what programming language skills is required” search those information from job career websites.
2. You must know to speak like an English man for communication and have reference in top companies like Wipro,TCS & Accenture etc..
If you think not speaking well in English and have poor communication so that you can’t end up in IT career, It’s not always true. Speaking in English is not only the priority, Speaking with clear message and making the client understand your point and resolve his request is good enough to start. Believe me YOU CAN FIX THIS by watching many you-tube channels for free and having good reference in top MNC companies it can take you to the level of Interview but your hard-work and talent pays nothing else.
3. You must Showcase your Resume that you are Best. Really ?
Don’t try to fake it to make it. I recommend that you need to start creating your resume during first year of graduate. Best way to build your resume and research about current market levels and look for the opening vacancies and just keep following. Definitely you will get idea of what skills is in demand and learn to apply on yourself. Remember in Interview you are selling yourself, so learn to sell you in a good way. Also keep in mind nowadays most of the application for job first verified by ATS (Advanced Tracking System) , before it gets hand to HR. Know about this and apply the practice while creating your resume matching proper keywords. If you not able to create your own resume for your career then your are out of the game. There are many websites which might help you to learn (ping me and I will guide you) Here my CV for reference.
4. How to start I.T career after complete Degree
